Yo Juan. You need to use an online backup service like mozy.com (2 gigs free) or carbonite.com ($5 a month). I use it for some clients as a secondary backup method.Hold on to the hard drive, in case it's a bad bearing, or some other replaceable part. You might be able to get the data back, if it was a physical failure.
